Angelina Jolie in Louis Vuitton Core Values Campaign

Angelina Jolie is captured in her natural element, barefoot and sans makeup in her own outfits, including her Alto bags that she has for years, on a wooden boat along a river in Siem Reap province, Cambodia.

The 36-year-old Hollywood actress-stroke-humanitarians Angelina is the new face of Louis Vuitton Core Values campaign, which the French fashion house is promoting for many years.

Lensed by well known photographer Annie Leibowitz, the campaign which is about a very special person and a very special journey, was set in simple and calm nuances of nature, as well as the actress was shown in the most authentic image, bringing her vintage Louis Vuitton Monogram Alto Holdall, a bag she has owned for many years.

Cambodia that was chosen is a country which she first visited in 2000 for her role in Tomb Raiders film as Lara Croft and later returned in 2003 on humanitarian missions, and apparently the backdrop for the ad, the lake-side Siem Reap province, is where the actress discovered her interest in human rights activism. She subsequently adopted her first child, Maddox in 2002, from a Cambodia orphanage

The beautiful Angelina will donate her earnings for this campaign entirely to charity, while her 47 year old partner Brad Pitt, has just donated US$500,000 to a charity, which is helping to rebuild his tornado-ravaged home state of Missouri. Both of these humanitarians charity to The Community Foundation of the Ozarks will also help the Joplin area, which was recently destroyed by deadly twisters.

She isn’t the first celebrity to pose for Core Value campaign as she is following in the footsteps internationally-known personalities including Bono, Sean Connery, Buzz Aldrin, Keith Richards, Catherine Deneuve and Mikhail Gorbachev, while Madonna, Jennifer Lopez and Scarlett Johansson have been previous faces of the brand

Bon Voyage to Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2011 Advertising Campaign

The upcoming winter has been prepared by the French fashion house Louis Vuitton, by giving a trip for the winter holiday to a chilly exotic destination through its Pre Fall 2011 fabulous advertising campaign.

Although it is last pre fall 2011 collection that was proposed last year, but the collection is already published online at LV site, consist of all collection such as lavish clothing, accessories, bags, and shoes

Photographed by Mark Segal and starred by Olga Sherer, the ad campaign took the inspiration of Louise Bourgeois and Art Deco of the 20s and 30s. Along with vintage car and airplane, Olga styled in true elegant and stylish of the classic Hollywood stars, flaunting in gorgeous clothing collection as well as the supporting items such as handbags, luggage, sunglasses, pumps, and accessories

Louis Vuitton’s Spring 2012 ad campaign is just as sugar sweet as the collection

Because I know we have so many Louis Vuitton fanatics around here, I couldn’t resist posting these first looks at the Louis Vuitton Spring 2012 ad campaign. If you followed our coverage of the Vuitton runway show a few months ago, you probably could have guessed how this campaign would look – pale, precious and ever so sweet. The brand tapped Steven Meisel to shoot Daria Strokous and Kati Nescher in the world’s most luxurious ice cream shop, and the result fit the mood of the clothing and accessories perfectly. Arizona Muse for LV Cruise

Louis Vuitton’s latest Cruise campaign can have all the lush green palms and azure blue seas in the world – when it comes down to it, the thing that makes me want to step into Arizona Muse‘s tie-up espadrilles is her hair and makeup. They’re the elements that pull the campaign over the line, the icing of romantic idealism to the sponge cake of holiday travel. The waves in Muse’s bob undulate with a mix of modern ease and 1920s / 30s glamour (the same formula, one supposes, that the clothing was based on), with dark winged-out eyeliner as the finishing touch.

Not every single one of Mark Segal’s images reaches that note of holiday luxury. But where Muse perches on a rope swing in a vintage-esque playsuit or stands in the sand in a swimsuit with a plunging neckline that exudes classic glamour, the campaign imagery has a good chance of grabbing your attention.
